My name is Gabrielle Horn. I am a Certified Conflict Manager and a proud U.S. Navy Veteran with a Master’s degree in Business Administration focusing on Organizational Psychology. Throughout my management career, I’ve observed how conflicts develop and escalate due to factors such as miscommunication, defensive body language, and misunderstood tones. These issues can create an ongoing cycle of misunderstanding and disruption in both personal and professional environments. My goal is to equip people with the necessary skills to handle conflicts effectively, providing them with practical tools and strategies that foster healthy communication and resolution.
